An exclusive workshop for Peas & Love Members at the Farm of Dadiv Lloyd in Uccle!
Bokashi means “fermented organic matter” in Japanese.
This technique allows you to compost all your food scraps at home, indoor, in a simple and almost odourless way, as it happens in a sealed bucket.
Thanks to effective micro-organisms starting the controlled fermentation process in absence of oxygen, no rotting appears. Such treated food scraps can then further be transformed into living soil ?!
